All three products are designed to remove fine scratches and swirls. Scratch X is best suited to small areas and isolated scratches – for example under door handles or an isolated bird dropping that has left a mark on the paint.

Ultimate Compound and Rubbing Compound are more suited to large areas, or the entire car. Ultimate Compound contains a more aggressive/effective abrasive and is thus most effective at removing scratches, swirls, scuffs stains etc.
